Kay Fisher is co-founder of KB Fisher & Co, a family-owned real estate firm serving Lake Norman and the greater Charlotte area, including Cornelius, Davidson, Huntersville, Mooresville, and Denver.

Kay works with clients early, before decisions start to compound. Sellers often turn to her to think through pricing, timing, and positioning when the right path is not obvious. Her role is to bring clarity at the front end so clients avoid reactive choices later.

Relocation clients typically come to Kay before they know which Lake Norman town or neighborhood is the right fit. She helps them compare communities based on schools, walkability, daily routines, and long-term livability so they can narrow their search with confidence.

Kay has been in real estate since 2001, beginning in new home sales before transitioning into general brokerage. She holds a marketing degree from Clemson University and remains actively involved in the Lake Norman community.
